When you look at the top menu you will see that there is now a link to subscribe to a discussion email list. When you follow it you will go to a page where you can subscribe. Find the field for entering your email address, accept the subscribe option in the combo box and click to continue. You will receive a message with a URL to follow to agree to the privacy policy and terms of service. After you accept these and click to continue you will receive an acknowledgement of your subscription. See you on the list.
